If communists change the way that you are suggesting, they would lose their bearings. Their credo is to ultimately establish communist dictatorship at any cost. Do not expect them to accept or respect democracy or democratic traditions. In our country they have been forced live and work inside a democratic environment. But communism per se does not believe in democracy. Think of one communist country which was a democracy
