Do not forget that it is the communists and pseudo socialists who kept fighting against privatization in the power sector. The policies followed by the Congress party as well as the Janata party before the economic policy liberalization in 1991 were wrong. That does not ipso facto imply that the new policies followed by the current government are wrong. It is time that we evaluated policies and performance of governments based on what really is good for the country and not on the basis of which party took what decision. Rise above party politics.
