Blaming community and (so called) funding of madarsas have no relation. Madarsas have got a blck mark due to US cold war tactic - to throw Soviets out of Afghanistan. They needed foot soldiers who do not belong to the security/army/para-military forces in Pak. Madarsa talibs (students) were identified as a ready manpower to train and support. It was opportunistic tendency of Narrow-minded Pak leaders to stoop low and hand-over Talibs to be trained. The Madarsas in India have no such orientation and linkages.
We in India have the tendency to ape what happens in the world.
