Support POTA if used properly...Unfortunately, our police system is not competent enough.. I would not want an innocent person to rot in prision for beeing falsely accused...... India's police service is not responisble enough to be handed such responsiblity...... Remember Arushi's murder case where the Inspector General (IG) declared the father as the murdrer and then CBI investigation revealed something else..... I don't wanna see innocent people like Dr. Rajesh Talvar to be booked under POTA. They might not be lucky enough to get a chance for CBI investigation
