Without going into the merits or dmerits of the N-Deal or of the survival of tghe Govt of the day, I would like to emphasise that the acts of omissions & commissions of the Speaker(including that of declaring the feeble voice of Ayes as the loudest) were alone(or mainly) responsible (or irresponsible!) for the survival.
