Mr Gumpy, There is no doubt that Nuclear power is a long lasting solution then thermal power but Hydel Power is a much better and practically ever lasting solution. But we should not forget the risks involved in generating nuclear power, disposal of waste and continous supply. Any misadventure by any mad nation can cripple our raw material supplies without any fault on our part. We should not forget what happened in Bhopal gas leak case. Nuclear mishap is going to be thousands of times more dangerous.
