Do we really apply mind while using the words like "upholding the prestige of speaker's post" or we simply steal these words from news papers which are controlled by mafia.
How can a person uphold when he having the malice towards the major opposition party of Parliament? How can he dictate terms to his own party when he is speaker.? How can he ask his party to not vote along with BJP?
Are this action tantamount to upholding the prestige of the speaker post?
