Only expelling is not enough, teach him a proper lesson that in future no MP will dare to cross vote
If this rogue MP is sure about himselfo quit the parliament and fight election as an independent. as a independent he is not answerable to anyone and he can take his own decisions. But if he wins on a party ticket,, his victory is due to the lakhs of ordinary party workers (their labour and money)
