Knickerwallahs are incapable of civilized debate was evident even during the Parliamentary debate. UPA speakers conducted themselves with dignity and made all the best speeches. The BJP bluffed and was caught, speeches were like those above - abuses, insults etc proving that the party and its supporters belong to the lumpen elements of society.
