it is a hugely complex issue but that does not mean it is bad. the economic reform of 1991 was controversial amd huge. but we have gained from it.narasimha rao govt was the most corrupt govt till then (with minister like sukh ram, it won motion with bribe) but country made good economic progress. many states with huge corruption(like haryana,punjab ) keep making good progress.whereas in Orissa ,the CM may be honest but it makes no progress. progress with corruption is better than no pregress at all.let us remember : life is neither moral nor immoral. it is what it is .same with nation or country.
