Perhaps YOU explain the relation between poverty (which for some inexplicable reason still exists despite Congress having attempted 6 or 7 attempts at "Garibi Hatao" to win votes..:-) and energy security?...
Maybe there is a link between nuclear power and sending more tourists to Alaska as well... ??... :-)
Go figure how a below poverty line roadside dweller who lifts loads by the daytime to buy two breads for his family in the oil-lamp lit shanty will suddenly become rich because Rahul Gandhi spoke something in the parliament... :-) :-)
