it's a historic event

I have been expressing my views on the deal right from the day communists are opposing it.It does not require any ratification in parliament since it is a deal and not a act of pariament.Ten times more money per year we are spending on import of oil, than what other wise goes or comes in due to nuclear deal in an year. For this huge imports, is govrnment taking any approval from parliament?Hence its the prerogative of the government to sign any deal which in the interest of the country. As the Prime Minister braught out clearly the entire exersize of confidence vote is a futile exercise, except to prove majority.
