In India giving and accepting bribe is a punishable offence. If the 3 MPs were genuine, they should have filed a complete and should have let the Police or CBI to trap the accused. Then they would have been believed for their honesty. But here, these MPs accepted the bribe and allowed loss of crucial evidentiary value in the case, like marking the notes, recording teletalks for allurement etc. This is nothing but POLITRICKS.
