If you were told, old reactors will not be bought, would you be happy? Have no fear on this account, moving old reactors is very very difficult. Destroying old reactors in not a problem, it is used fuel which is bigger threat.
Would it make you happy to know that even China is working furiously on importing Nuclear reactors from whereever they can and is trying to generate more Nuclear power? Even they imported latest reactors from France and USA. Please do a little bit research on this. Yes, China is not fool. Also, there you do not have everyone who can voice their protest at every and anything. Have you see any protest their happening? They are more focused on their development than to talk about all these ideologies.
