I think the UPA if it is still ruling then should brace up to situation in the aftermath of attack on Iran, wherein India while refusing armed cooperation with USA would lend doctors and engineers in reconstruction, who in turn would become victims of ransome/Kidnap.However the situation can ne preempted by creaating an Internation Opinion to prosecute Bush for war crimes since Bush did not find any weapons of mass destruction, used as anibi to attack Iraq, brutally kill its popular and secular president.In pursuit of descovering weapons of mass destruction Bush had systamaticall destroyed Iraq and its ancient culture.
