Dude you are completely off track.

Let me answer you point for point.

1. "There is no 6% measure.."
There is - the amt of electricity we will get by 2020 has been mentioned. Compare that with India's energy needs in 2020 - you get 6% - actually u get less - its 5. something.

2. "right now, our reactors are running at 40% of its capacity..."
Answer: I have not commented on capacity of our existing reactors or their operating efficiency. Our reactors may be running at 100% - doesnt matter. This deal gives us fuel to generate 6% of electricity demand in 2020 - get it - if the demand is 100 - then nuke energy generated is 6.

3. "40 years from now, if our scientists can develop a nuke tech that USA needs, we can export it... can you see the light now? "
Answers: If our scientists can create a reactor that USA would want - they would do it anyway - whether the deal is there or not. Just like our software engineers. We dont need any nuke deal.

Also I never said I am against a nuke deal - I said it should have been better negotiated. This specific deal is bad.
