There is no 6% measure... right now, our reactors are running at 40% of its capacity... because we don't have quality uranium to run it... simple. This fact alone should seal the nuke deal.
The nuke deal is also about trade... 40 years from now, if our scientists can develop a nuke tech that USA needs, we can export it... can you see the light now? Just like how software engineers here are working on providing solutions, our scientists can collaborate on nuke projects from USA/France/Russia and work... its a huge opportunity for our scientific community 10 years down the line...
