Kalam is a big hero for all the unlettered here. Anybody with commonsense will tell you that this is the end of our strategic program. Unless ofcourse the goverment does not intend to import a single reactor or a gram of fuel, but wants this deal to access dual use technology for our space, defence and strategic programs. But somehow I doubt it.
