BJP never said it will cancel the deal if it forms the govt.BJP was never against the deal, it wanted some changes made to the deal and said they will re-negotiate the deal if they form the govt. if MSS went ahead on his own on the deal and never consulted with the opposition on the deal. BJP has done a perfect opposition party job. Congress would have done same if it was in opposition
