Total voting in April 2004 is 43 %.Winning candindate gained 37% vote maximum which comes 16% of total population.Govt needs 271 vote,means only 8% of population is taking decision for out security. These type of decision should be taken unanimously . This is the question (Nuclear deal)of our security........Dont buy it by 2-3 crore.
