Congress and UPA always used to give reservations, special funds, loans, finance to madrassas, etc to Mulsims only. They have maintained exclusive Mulsim votebanks, by abusing and scolding America as well as BJP.

As a voter I have the right to hope that Mulsims dont vote for Congress and UPA.
