The discussion must be held with all decorum and we must see all sides of an issue before concluding. We should not be synical but to the point since this a matter of country and its future. It seems that leaders and scientists have done good home work and we must move on. Agreement and cooperations are in interest of concerned parties and these keep on changing as per circumstances but we should get into international matters to paly an effective role.
