The Congress could not fight the inflation and there is a gross public discontent. They need to fight for some cause, so be it ... the N-Deal... If they go down fighting for a cause they can bank on some sympathy vote at least .... the Communists have supported the Cong for 4 yrs & more and they need to go back to Kerala, WB & Tripura and fight their main opposition... who... the Cong...so they needed to have a reason... the N-Deal... the BJP anyways wanted the Govt. out and hence why not the N-Deal... the SP needed to control Mayawati's progress... and Mayawati needs to control CBI....so the deal... & lastly there are the other MPs who need to encash on such turmoil & deals :)... But who does not need such deals are the common people like u & me....
