Congress did not do good work for people for the four and a half years. Congress never discussed the Deal publicly. Congress never discussed the Deal in its party. Congress ignored a good ally the Left. Congress should have maintain its relation with the Left, because Left needs to win Elections in other states. Congress faces a lot of problems in its party; its alliance partners and small regional parties etc. It is not a problem of July 22 Confidence Motion for Congress, but its right step can only move forward in various states. Otherwise Congress future will be very bleak.
