Accusing Pakistan of the Kabul blast is a familiar pattern in India, no one even takes it seriously now since India blames a cold on one of its officials on Pakistan also. Grow up how can Pakistan do this, the government there is ANTI PAKISTAN, there are more than 10,000 coalition troops piled up along the border, no intelligence agency in thier right senses will wants to be on the wrong side of things at the moment. Relax, admit the fact that without Taliban as part of the government NO government comprised of hazaras and tajiks will survive since they are only 30% of Afghanistan and out of the 30% afghanistan they do control 20% is NO CONTROL AT ALL, US and India will never admist to it but Taliban are a legitimate political force to reckon with and have the support of the Pashtuns in Afghanistan cutting them out of the process is IMPOSSIBLE and will do no good.
