I really agree that china is threat ............ but this deal speak about Civilian reactor no defense deal..........more none of the country in P5 except china had given millitary technology to other ........... for get about the Nuckear weapon .............they will check the R &D done at plutonium bu IAEA safeguard ............so this is the time we should not tie our Hand woth IAEA or NSg we should do R7D in nuclear weapon that it should deter china , pak if possibble US tooo ......... we should abolish the deal
