So can you tell me what suddenly changed in the 123 deal after that?
I will tell you what has changed - China came out openly against our civil nuclear deal with the US and then all hell broke loose. And Hindu also had to do a volte-face completely reversing its stand loyal to its pro-CPM and pro-China stand.
