Miskeen in arabic means deprived / pitiable and not necessarily related to his monetary condition. A miskeen person can be one who is also very soft and humble. The Arabs have a lot of respect of Indians irrespective of their caste, color or religion. Not all Indian muslims are descendants of Arabs and wonder how JGN has jumped to this conclusion, how may indian muslims has he interacted with?
