Yes Mr.Abraham,your apprehensions are correct.Unless the political parties opposing the nuke deal make a loud noise to be heard by the international communities, here and now, the IAEA can still treat the safeguards agreement as a done deal.Any withdrawal by a future govt may be refused.They may argue that when the safeguards pact was inked, the govt was in position, and according to our constitution,the govt of the day can conclude international treaties.
