Nuclear Deal

Are all the politicians(MPs) qualified enough to know what is in the interest of the country? Mostly or barring a few are elected thru money, muscle or illeteracy,caste,religious power. There is no qualification hence what could we expect next??? other than the mass to rule the literate-?
