if this happens then education institutes will have quotas for the general or open category which will be not more than 10% and rest 90% will be for SC,ST AND OBC'S. also imagine the cricket team having 60-70 reservations. i will only prpose that the pilot of her airplane also be an OBC who got thru only becoz of the quota and is not even capable of flying.
