Mind your language dude..... What do you mean by gutter? And in any case right from Jayalalitha in south to Badals in North....none and i mean none are better than the other.. So do you mean all the voting class is gutter. Its this apathy from the non-voting populace lime us that has thrown India into real turmoil...First exercise your right to vote and then comment.
