Support the N-Deal
by Amrish Sachdeva on Jul 18, 2008 04:09 PM

In a country where even the eneducated people can run the country & topple the Govt. it not surprising that the majority of the MP/MLAs are against the deal trying to secure their own future and communally dividing the country by asking for OBCs,SC/ST for giving them reservations even in elite Depts. & Institutions. It is high time that this reservation drama stopped.I honestly believe that these people need to be educated(with Govt.funding) and brought to the main stream for competition with the others.Coming to the main issue, I honestly believe that we must go ahead with the N-Deal is order to have uninterupted power supply so our industries can manufature, hospitals can perform surgeries, our students across the country can study to the potential an become good citizens. If there is no power think of the possibilities & goals we might not be able to achieve,we would be answerable to our next generations for not providing them the best of sources. The only thing we have to be assured before the deal is signed are that 1).Our indigenous technology is safeguarded 2).Continuous supply of N-fuel; (U.S.)had stopped supply of the same after Pokhran test.3)India retains the right to Nuclear testing for further enhancing the technology and its capabilities.
