be patiant, till India notify, no nuclear plant shall be come under the inspection and there is no restriction on thoriaum based Nuclear plant. thats what i understood after going through the document circulated by India and IAEA. We are concern ab out near future energy requiremet till 2050, beyaond that India can mater the technology of thorium reactors....
