To people from Bengal - I am very curious to know how the left is winning continously for 35 years despite a very bad governance. I am very curious to know what is it that is getting people to vote for them continously. Is there at least no anti incumbency etc. Inspite of disasters like Nandigram they have done well in Panchayat polls. Can somebody from Bengal throw some light on this please. -thanks Subadhra Pal Singh
