Charan Singh, was the person who stood against plans for Collective agriculture i.e. Soviet style farming. Else, Indian agriculture would have taken a totally different route. He deserves to be seen in different light and naming an airport at Luckhnow is fully deserving on its own right. We need to remember many other stalwarts who built our modern India.
