Commies are always late by 20 years. They will tell something today and after 20 years they will say it was wrong. This happened with computers, tractors, ADB loans, machineries, etc. They will recognize these things after 20 years only [fools are always like this!!!]. But they don't mind sending their children/relatives to US/Europe/UK for jobs/studies. Nor do they mind their kids working for big US companies.
