When the House meets on the 22nd, what happens if the Speaker resigns as soon as the House meets ? Is there an election for the Speaker or does the Deputy Speaker take over from the outgoing speaker ? What happens if he BJP moves a no-trust motion against the speaker for some of his recent observations not friendly to the BJP? Does that have a priority or does the confidence motion?
