you are missing the bigger picture of the whole nuclear deal. moreover, solar panel manufacturing also is not as easy as you say like 1-2-3-go. It also takes considerable investment and money. Solar energy needs huge land. Main problem in India - you put the solar panels and come back in couple of months - they will be gone.
