I think political parties(who are supporting the agreement) should tell the people the 10 main benefits pointwise , India is going to have if the deal is signed.
Similarly those who are opposing the nuclear deal should also inform about the 10 biggest negative effect with this deal.
Based on these points we can do better cost/benefit analysis and arrive at a conclusion.
Also how this deal is going to effect serious national matters like Foreign and Defense policy should also be informed to the people.
