As long you have this ROTTEN system of MP/MLA ticket distribution by dynasty and their cartel, these rascals will NOT be out of power for long and then will come back by using some opposing rant such as sickularism or something else. Secularism has value, but now it used for something else. Better way is to have direct election of PM and CM such that this MP/MLA ticket distribution racket is eliminated. Let me think what will be the use of these MLA and MPs when PM and CM are elected by people and people vote determines what happens to nuke deal. the MP/MLA system is bad because people NOT elected by PEOPLE control it. those the people of india don't want to be PM decide who should be the PM. DO PEOPLE HAVE BRAINS TO FIX IT? Nope. We cannot have rising like we have in NEPAL.
