Somnath Chatterjee happens to be my neighbour in South Kolkata and believe me he wants for nothing. He has much more wealth and comfort than his speaker's entitlements. He is refusing because he is a true patriot unlike most commies who are agents of China and don't want any development in India that would push it ahead of China.
