This is surely an insult. Look at the way the guy is speaking. Half hearted manner. Did not go well with us.

First they did not invite then talk in length about bilateral relationships. Idiot.

PM and others must not attend the Olympics representing India. If they want our leader to be there let them send an envoy who will hand over the invitation to our Prime Minister in the most respectable manner.
