Their public is scared of army casualties, they are all afraid of death. On the contrary look at us, we have been fighting this war against terror for over a 1000 years. We are not worried about death of millions of brave men, women and children who have been sacrificed in this war. We believe, as Sri Aurobindo says in his SAVITRI:

Americans like the villain "Scorpio" in Dirty Harry pays Pakistan to get themselves flogged, beaten black and blue without even providing a semblance of retaliating in kind.
