This is surest indication that the UPA is expecting the Govt to fall. They have no got their numbers right. In any case, the UPA is at the end of their term. They should wait for fresh elections before committing India to perpetuity just to satisfy the ego of one person namely MMS. This is not to pass judgment about the deal itself.
