BJP has a valid point when they talk about the right to test.But I have still to come across the clause which prevents from doing further tests...is it part of 123 agreement or something in the HYDE act prevents..pl does someone know about this...if this clause is nowhere then one would assume BJP is misleading the people and playing politics over the deal
