Congress has got 153 seats and BJP 127.280 Seats are with these twp parties.I think if these parties decide to help each other and agree on just one principal i.e. the party that gets more seats will form the government and the other will support it from out side.Yes they can also have their own CMP like Left and UPA had. This will check emerging of small and one member parties who are there only to earn money and waste the rssources of this country.UPA had to keep halth minister who passed his 4 years in just fighting with Venu Gopal.Evem SC Nullified the bill passed by UPA just to oust it.Then these small KEERHE Makore will align either with congres and BJP and also use less people like DeveGouda will stop dreaming about chair of PM. But the million rupee question is will it happen?Why not we can find similar arrangement in our neighourhood i.e.Pakistan and in Nepal.
