Advani is no expert in any subject other than communcalization of politics. Communists are educated but biased. These people want american products, american business, american jobs, education for their children etc. but when it comes to nation, they want the nation to develope. For if nation develops, no body will believe them nefarious designs and agendas. No body will vote. So oppose any move to develope. That is they blindly opposing. Actually case is, we need no more nuclear tests. Kalam himself said, we donot need to test everyday. Foregin policy is always balanced. The whole noise is, congress is credited with ushering economic reforms. Now it should not also get the credit of energy reforms.
