How could you quote that Indias nuclear programme is self sufficient?
If that is so, then India do know how to get the power out of that self sufficiency condition and give power to each and every state?
Now currently where i live we do not have power 8 hours in a day. can you imagine that Mr. Bahujansukhay? Now this place where i stay is in financail capital of India or its that what is known.
