We have to continue to develop the alternative energy sources and improve the existing ones to optimum efficiency. It is the only way that India could avoid a turmoil in the energy sector incase the Nuke-Fuel supplies / Eqpt -Spare parts Supplies etc... are prevented by the Nuc-Supplier Groups or U.S.A. itself. Preventive measures are a must even if we go ahead with the Civilian Nuke-Deal. It all involves huge investments and for this reason the govt should go for joint venture with Indian Companies (in large scale) in the power sector.
